ReeR U.S.A. markets and supports the ReeR line of safety products in North America. A joint venture between ReeR Spa and Motion Control Corp (MCC), ReeR U.S.A. maintains logistical, support and repair facilities in Farmington Hills, MI.
ReeR and MCC have both been in the safety light curtain business for over 25 years. The individual and combined experience of both companies insures that customers will get the right product and price for their applications.

Founded in 1959, REER began its activity in the market of automation for the OEM industry.
REER started its safety sensor business in the mid 1970’s. REER quickly became the market leader for safety light barriers in Italy. Today, REER manufacturers and sells its safety products across Europe. The safety light curtain line is one of the most complete offerings in the market, a safety laser scanner line has been added recently as well .
The Machine Directive marked a turning point for accident prevention in Europe; the introduction of the CE-marked models meant a further strengthening of REER market presence. In January 1998 the Safety Division quality system was certified by TUV as being in compliance with ISO 9001. The main models are now UL-labeled (both for US and Canada) as well as CE-marked. Reer’s certifications meet the demands of the global machinery business.
